Terms & Conditions

  1. All deliveries will be made in 72 hrs.Heavily stained garments will not be considered for 72 hrs delivery. Clothes given after 5 PM will not be consider for 72 hrs delivery . On designer wear and bridal wear 72 hrs delivery is not available.
  2. One day delivery is not available before weekly offs & public holidays.
  3. Original bill has to be presented at the time of taking delivery of garments.
  4. Urgent delivery of (Minimum 5) garments will be charged @ 2X of regular charges.
  5. For free pick up and delivery, minimum 8 garments or Rs. 800 billing (whichever is higher) is required else Rs.75 delivery charges will be applicable.
  6. Customers are requested to examine garments at the time of delivery or within 2 hours of delivery.
  7. We are not responsible for fastness / running of colour / shrinkage / damage to embellishments / embroidery work on the garments during process.
  8. Every effort is made to remove stains, but 24:Klēn will not be responsible for stubborn and un-removable stains
  9. We shall not be held responsible for any ornaments / jewellery fitted on the garments.
  10. Every effort is made to deliver clothes on time, however due to certain unforeseen circumstances, if the delivery is delayed, we will keep you updated about the delivery times.
  11. The tariff of designer wear will be decided on a case to case basis depending on the complexity of the garments.
  12. We will undertake the cleaning process of designer wear based on the recommendations / suggestions given by the designer, provided our technology supports the same.
  13. All disputes are subject to pune jurisdiction only.
  14. GST is additional as per prevailing government rates
  15. Weekly off is on Sunday.
  16. Delivery will be made in selected time slots only.
  17. We may use the images of your clothes for promotional purposes only. If there is any issue with this, kindly do let us know.
  18. Garments on hanger will be charged Rs. 15/- extra
  19. Stain removing charges will be extra.
  20. We will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings or cash left unattended while collecting the order.
